  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. U.S. Customers:

  • Free Returns: We offer free returns for all U.S. orders. Simply use the pre-paid return label included in your package.
  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

4. European Customers:

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 7-14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the funds to appear in your account due to varying processing times by banks.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges for European orders. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering the return shipping costs.
